Florida Trust Administration Attorney

Our law firm was established in 1974, when Cape Coral's population claimed less than 15,000 residents and Lee County was a small Florida county. Since then Cape Coral has grown to 150,000 residents. Lee County has matched that growth with many amenities, including an international airport. Over the years members of our firm have been leaders in the business, government and legal circles. We are also very proud of our voluntary community service to many worthy organizations.

My estate planning, probate and real estate law offices are part of the oldest practice in the growing city of Cape Coral. I have helped a number of Floridians throughout the state with their challenging legal issues for almost 30 years.

The three personal and professional qualities you should look for when seeking the services of any attorney or law firm are the same that guide our work every day at the law offices of Burandt, Adamski & Feichthaler, PL in Cape Coral, Florida. Those virtues are competence, experience and diligence.

My clients, many who have come to me for almost 30 years of successful practice will attest to my commitment to those qualities. Whether a situation involves a forward-looking estate plan, an unexpected probate issue or a pending real estate acquisition, my clients know they have my attention from our initial consultation through the positive outcome we will work for in their case.

Knowing the law in the areas that comprise my special focus and knowing how to apply it to a client's specific goals have always been a point of pride with my practice. Those are major reasons why I am a member of the oldest established practice in the thriving Cape Coral area.

A customer should know that his or her legal counsel can crunch numbers to the penny for a real estate acquisition or sale, pinpoint the documents necessary for the settling of an estate, and bring proven negotiating skills to any litigation matter.

As a former out-of-stater myself, I can identify with the long-range priorities of new Floridians and those who hope to live here someday. The seasoning and skills I have gained since moving my family here in the late 1970s and building a well-known practice can work to your benefit in a broad range of legal situations.

I have been the Cape Coral city attorney, the founding director of a bank and a participant in a motion picture production company. I also give back to the community through a number of charitable associations. Lessons I have learned in the law and in life add up to quality legal advice for young families, retirees and everyone in between.

I define this term as a combination of hard work, conscientiousness and an insistence on being available to my clients at all times. You want an attorney who is thorough, on top of every development while anticipating others, and someone whose accessibility makes you feel that you are part of an unbeatable team.

I work to be persistent, aware of the twists and turns in especially challenging cases and available to answer each of your questions or doubts along the way. You show that same kind of diligence in your job, I am sure, and deserve no less from me.

Contact me today via phone, fax or e-mail to schedule your initial consultation. That first meeting is free to estate planning and administration clients. I return after-hours calls promptly and have access to Spanish interpreters. I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
